![]() When searching for a face painter, there are several things you consider. 1. Professionally trained. Find out if your artist has taken the time to be formally educated in the industry. It also helps if they happen to have a background in education and fine arts. The International Face Paint School is well known and respected as an authority in Face Paint Training. Students learn fundamentals and safety in purchasing and applying fantasy makeup. It is a matter of safety for your family and for your guests. 2. Make sure they are insured with a reputable insurance company. You owe it to your family and guests to hire an artist that takes what they do seriously. Insurance agencies will only insure if an artist uses professional grade cosmetics. ![]() 3. Ask what products your artist uses. Acrylic paints are not approved for use on skin. They are difficult to remove and harsh on the skin. Only Professional grade fantasy cosmetics that are FDA and EU approved and are purchased with reputable dealers are acceptable for use, NOT Amazon, Temu or Aliexpress where "knock-off" items are often sold are acceptable. We typically use top of the line brands such as; Fusion Body Art, Superstar, Global and Mehron from dealers such as Jest Paint, Art Factory and also Face Paint.com 4. Registered business. You can check with your state on this. 5. Experience. How much experience does your artist have? This can make or break an event. An experienced artist will know how to handle a wide range of unexpected challenges with ease, ensuring your event goes smoothly and your guests are happy. Ready to Book a qualified Face Painter? We had an absolutely amazing time at Manchester Pride Festival. There were so many happy, beautiful beings. Love, Love, Love!
We both had an amazing time painting faces again this year in Peterborough, NH. Thank you so much for having us back. We love Children & the Arts!
Had an amazing weekend being creative with Monica of Trading Faces and Sharon of West End Salon this past weekend. Here are some highlights of my favorite creations; face painted rainbow tigers, cubs, roses, snow queen and unicorn.
Jaffrey Riverfest was a blast. If you missed it, be sure to check it out next year! I didn’t get time for face paint photos but snagged a clip of this hot air balloon going off near by. Thank you Hershey Milton School for sponsoring us to be there. Check out this tuition free boarding school and all they have to offer.
We were so happy to be back for this festival. Here are some snippets from our incredibly busy day despite rain!. We didn't end up painting many things that went "VROOM" but we think these designs were super fun anyway. Thank you to all that came out and helped to celebrate.
